Provide a marketing opportunity share for De West Wind Nigeria and Teruke International and expand our network.

Increase customer satisfaction and retention by providing customers, and other business associates with accurate, consistent, timely, and meaningful information.

Source and negotiate business contracts with potential clients such as Hospitals, Clinics, Schools, Law Firms, Stores, Accounting Firms, Business Offices, Restaurants, Churches, Corporates, Trade Unions, and others.

Responds to customers’ inquiries and complaints under your marketing territory.

Evaluate data to determine and implement the appropriate course of action to resolve the complaint.

Effectively diffuse anger, tension, and hostility of members expressing concerns about De West Wind and Teruke International.

Be open and receptive to feedback and change behavior to improve performance.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Two (2) years of customer service experience recommended.


  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate Degree
  • OND, HND, BSc, BA

  • Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong reading comprehension and writing skills to analyze and document interaction.
  • Follow established procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to read and respond clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to think critically.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.

Primary Location: Lagos, Abuja, Oyo, Edo, Delta, Rivers

Scheduled Hours: This is an Independent Contributor position, therefore working location and hours is dependent on the candidate. 

Renumeration: Commission based - negotiable.
